Dr. Rizzo serves as Chief Medical Officer at Synergist Biotech, bringing over 20 years of clinical expertise in podiatric surgery, advanced wound care, and regenerative medicine. As a board certified foot and ankle surgeon, Dr. Rizzo has built a reputation for delivering outcome-driven care in complex limb preservation and chronic wound management.

In his role, Dr Rizzo oversees clinical strategy, product alignment, and provider education- ensuring that our portfolio of biologic solutions meets the highest standards of medical integrity, regulatory compliance, and real world impact.  With deep experience in biologics, surgical innovation, and multi-disciplinary care coordination, Dr. Rizzo plays a pivotal role in advancing Synergist Biotech's mission to deliver actionable, evidence-based solutions that improve patient outcomes across wound care, orthopedics and beyond. 

Dr. Rahbar is a nationally recognized colorectal surgeon and healthcare operations leader with over a decade of experience driving surgical innovation, operational excellence, and patient-centered transformation across leading health systems. Dr Rahbar brings a powerful blend of clinical expertise, systems thinking, and strategic leadership to accelerate the development and adoption of evidence-based surgical solutions.

At Synergist, Dr. Rahbar is charged with leading clinical strategy, optimizing product integration into surgical workflows, and building high-impact collaborations across academic and healthcare ecosystems.

His mission is deeply aligned with Synergist's vision: to bridge clinical excellence with breakthrough medical technologies that are scalable, cost-effective, and outcome driven. His unwavering focus on physician-led innovation, multidisciplinary collaboration, and measurable results positions him  as a pivotal leader in advancing Synergist's portfolio of surgical solutions.

Mike serves as Chief Financial Officer at Synergist Biotech, where he oversees the company's financial strategy, capital planning, and organized scalability. With extensive experience in healthcare business development and operational leadership, Mike brings a pragmatic, growth focused lens to financial stewardship and resource alignment. 

In his role, Mike leads efforts to structure sustainable revenue models, optimize performance metrics, and support national expansion through data-driven financial insight. His background spans private equity-backed ventures, emerging medical technologies, and consultative sales environments-making him a key architect in Synergist Biotech's long-term success and investor readiness.

Driven by transparency, strategic foresight, and an understanding of both clinical and commercial demands, Mike helps ensure that Synergist's mission is matched by its fiscal strength.

Janelle serves as Chief Marketing Officer across the entire Synergist Medical portfolio, where she leads brand strategy, digital engagement, and market positioning across the company's expanding portfolio. With a strong background in integrated marketing and growth-stage brand development, Janelle brings both creative vision and data-driven discipline to shaping how Synergist connects with Clinicians, partners and patients.

Her expertise spans healthcare communications, B2B and B2C campaings, and multi-channel engagement strategies designed to drive visibility, trust, and long term value. At Synergist Biotech, she is responsible for elevating brand identity, amplifying provider education, and supporting commercialization efforts through storytelling and scalable outreach.

Janelle's leadership reflects a deep understanding of the healthcare innovation landscape-and a belief that meaningful marketing is built on relevance, integrity, and impact. 

Jeff brings over a decade of proven leadership in construction management, field operations, and team development. Jeff brings a rare blend of hands-on experience and strategic oversight to his role. 

His career spans multimillion dollar project execution, new department launches, and streamlined operational systems- all rooted in a passion for efficiency, quality, and people-first leadership.

At Synergist, Jeff plays a pivotal role in scaling our national infrastructure, overseeing logistics, onboarding processes and field deployment strategies. His ability to translate complex challenges into actionabie systems ensures our partners-Clinicians, reps and innovators-receive the support they need to integrate cutting edge biotech into real-world care.

As Chair, Eric  provides executive guidance on corporate strategy, market expansion, and enterprise technology enablement for next-generation healthcare solutions. Drawing on a decade of international experience in Saas, financial systems, and decision analytics, Eric leads high level advisory  discussions focused on commercialization strategy, budgeting optimization, and go to market execution across the biotech and medtech portfolio.
